By registering for, participating in, or attending any dance classes, workshops, private lessons, rehearsals, events, or related activities (“Activities”) provided by KS DANCE SPACE LLC, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in dance and physical movement activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: muscle strains, sprains, bruises, falls, dizziness, physical fatigue, and other injuries. I voluntarily choose to participate in these Activities with full knowledge of the risks involved.
I confirm that I am physically able to participate in dance classes and have no medical condition that would prevent safe participation, or I have consulted with a medical professional prior to participating.

2. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by New York law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge KS DANCE SPACE LLC, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, assistants, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any injury, illness, damage, or loss I may sustain while participating in the Activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

3. Medical Treatment

In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize KS DANCE SPACE LLC to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf if necessary. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred.

4. Personal Responsibility

I agree to follow all instructions, guidelines, and safety rules provided by the instructor. I understand that I may stop or modify my participation at any time if I feel discomfort or pain.

5. Photography & Video Release (Optional but common)

I grant permission for KS DANCE SPACE LLC to use photographs or video recordings taken during classes or events for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes, including on social media and the website, unless I notify otherwise in writing.

6. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

7. Acknowledgment

I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk. By registering for or attending classes, I voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms.
